No Case to Answer for Two Defendants
We are pleased to share that our team successfully represented 1st Defendant and 2nd Defendant in a three-day Magistrates’ Court Trial.
Following the close of the prosecution case, the Court upheld the defence submissions of no case to answer and dismissed the summonses against both defendants.
Our principal CHAUDHRY M. Kamran appearing for 1st Defendant and Ahmed A. appearing for 2nd Defendant.
For Ahmed A. this was his first Trial on his feet, a significant professional milestone and an invaluable advocacy experience.
We are proud of the careful preparation, focused cross-examination, and clear submissions that contributed to this result.
