OUR TEAM
Kamran is the founder and principal solicitor at Chaudhry Solicitors. He has been a practising lawyer since 2007 when he was an Advocate in the High Court of Pakistan and has been a qualified practising solicitor in Hong Kong since 2015.
He is currently the only lawyer qualified to practice law in both jurisdictions. Kamran has earned a wealth of experience in litigation throughout his legal career. He is renowned for arguing new and complex points of law in the Magistrates’ Courts and representing clients in more complex cases in higher courts in Hong Kong.
Kamran has a Masters’ degree in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Hong Kong, specialising in Corporate and Financial Law. He has represented the Law Society of Hong Kong in Vienna and Washington at the IBA Annual conferences. He is also a member of the Belt and Road Committee and Community Relations Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. He is an honorary legal advisor to the Pakistan Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the Pakistan-Hong Kong Trade & Investment Forum.

Monisha graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors in 2019 and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) in 2020 with Dean’s List Distinction. Monisha was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in January 2023. She joined Chaudhry Solicitors as an Associate in November 2023.
She is experienced in handling a variety of contentious matrimonial and civil matters. Her experience includes but is not limited to ancillary relief matters, children matters, contentious and non-contentious probate litigation.
Monisha is an avid cricket player. She plays and captains the Cavaliers at the Hong Kong Cricket Club.
Monisha is proficient in English and Hindi and has limited working proficiency in French.

Azeem is the Litigation Manager at Chaudhry Solicitors. He is a competent member of our team with experience in dealing with criminal, civil, immigration, matrimonial, employment and general legal matters. He has been working in the Hong Kong Legal System since 2013. He is proficient in English, Cantonese, Urdu and Punjabi.
Usman Javed works as a paralegal at Chaudhry Solicitors since he joined in September 2019. He is hard-working and diligent and has assisted Mr Chaudhry in several trials and other legal matters. Usman is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and English.

Edgar joined the firm as a paralegal in August 2021. He is currently doing his LLB from the University of London. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for many renowned firms as a consultant. Edgar is an asset to our team by handling the firm’s external operations and provides administrative support to the solicitors. His worth, ethics and ability to engage with clients is commendable.
